My path into product management started on the front lines at Demandforce, answering support calls and learning to translate user feedback into something actionable. Working directly with users every day taught me how to listen to what people say, but understand what they actually need. That empathy became my greatest asset when I joined Better Therapeutics, where I spent nearly seven years growing from support specialist to Product Manager.
At Better Therapeutics, I played a key role in launching "AspyreRx" — the first FDA-approved digital therapeutic for Type 2 Diabetes, built an enrollment platform that onboarded 1,000+ patients, and managed integrations with health system & clinical trial partners.
At the end of the day, I'm driven by the same thing I was on day one: making sure the product actually works for the person using it.
